Rosterfy Raises $8.5 Million in Funding

Rosterfy, a Melbourne, Australia-based volunteer and workforce management platform provider, has raised $8.5 million in growth capital. 

Investors 

The round was led by OIF Ventures and ASX-listed Bailador Technology Investments. 

OIF Ventures is an Australian venture capital firm investing in early and growth-stage companies with innovative, high-growth, and disruptive technologies. Founded in 2016, OIF manages over $400 million across four funds. 

Bailador Technology Investments is a growth capital fund focused on the information technology sector. Bailador typically invests $5–20 million in private technology companies at the expansion stage. Areas of focus within the technology sector include Software as a Service (SaaS), online marketplaces, healthtech, traveltech, language translation, and data analytics. 

Rosterfy Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to accelerate innovation, enhance its platform, and expand globally, particularly in the US and other key markets.

Founded in 2015 by Bennett Merriman, Shannan Gove, and Chris Grant, Rosterfy provides volunteer and workforce management solutions to non-profits organization, government volunteer bodies, sporting federations, and large-scale events.
