rabbit Raises $10 Million in Series A

rabbit, a Los Angeles, CA-based AI startup focused on human-machine interface, has raised $10 million in Series A funding, bringing its total funding now stands at $30 million.

The round was led by Khosla Ventures.   

Founded in 2004, Khosla Ventures is a venture capital firm that invests in a range of areas including AI, climate, sustainability, enterprise, consumer, fintech, digital health, medtech and diagnostics, therapeutics, and frontier technology. The firm is headquartered in Menlo Park, California.

rabbit Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to expand its team and develop its first standalone hardware, r1, powered by its proprietary foundation model, the Large Action Model (LAM).   

The r1 device will be officially unveiled on January 9, 2024, at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
