Next Sense, an Amsterdam, Netherlands-based provider of smart building platform SaaS solutions, has raised €11.5 million in a Series A funding round.

ABP is a pension fund for employees in the government and education sectors. It offers income security to more than 3 million participants when they retire or if they become incapacitated for work, as well as to their surviving dependents. ABP has €498 billion in assets (April 2024).
Next Sense Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to scale its global operations and enhance its AI-powered platform. This funding will help Next Sense advance its mission to decarbonize the built environment and enable climate-neutral buildings.
