Flo Recruit, an Austin, Texas-based legal recruitment software unlocking data-driven strategy for law firms, closed an oversubscribed $4.2 million in seed funding.
The round was led by LiveOak Venture Partners and Moneta Ventures, with participation from Tau Ventures and Alumni Ventures.
The funds raised will be utilized by Flo Recruit to accelerate the expansion of its flagship product, the Flo Recruit Applicant Tracking software. The focus will be on enhancing advanced reporting capabilities and deep system integration to provide more value to its clients.
Established in 2019, Flo Recruit's primary objective is to assist law firms in establishing talent pipelines at an earlier stage. The company has emerged as a prominent player in the field of legal applicant tracking, with its software being used to manage the entire recruitment process, both for law students and lateral hires, for a growing number of law firms in the United States.
