Workorb, a Toronto, Canada-based startup building AI-powered solutions tailored for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, has raised $2.6 million CAD in seed funding.

The round was led by Metavallon Ventures, with additional participation from Freedom of Innovation Ventures and other undisclosed investors.
Metavallon VC, an Athens, Greece-based venture capital fund, was founded in 2018 and manages over €50M. Currently investing from Fund II, Metavallon supports Seed and Seed+ stage companies with ticket sizes between €0.5M and €1.5M. The firm’s mission is to engage with early-stage companies operating at the forefront of business and technological innovation.
