Whatfix Raises $125 Million in Series E

Whatfix, a San Jose, CA-based SaaS-based digital adoption platform provider, has raised $125 million in Series E funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Warburg Pincus, with continued support from SoftBank Vision Fund 2.

Whatfix Use of Funds 

The investment will fuel product innovation and market expansion across the US, EMEA, and APAC and support strategic acquisitions.
