WaitWell, a Calgary, Canada-based provider of service optimization products, closed $1.5 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Graphite Ventures and Accelerate Fund III, with participation from Metiquity Ventures.
The newly acquired funds will be utilized to support WaitWell's expansion into new markets in the United States and further enhance its platform.
WaitWell functions as a digital concierge, enabling customers to join queues and manage appointments through their mobile devices from anywhere. For customers, it means the convenience of appointments with the flexibility of walk-ins. For businesses, the technology offers easy workflow, important service analytics, and customer journey insights.
