Verse Raises $54M Series B

Verse, a San Francisco-based software startup, has secured $54 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round. The company specializes in energy management software designed to help AI data centers bypass long utility grid interconnection queues by optimizing on-site solar and battery storage systems.

The funding round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with additional participation from GV, Nvidia, and Norrsken VC.

Verse Use of Funds

Verse plans to use the new capital to accelerate its operations, with a goal of managing more than 100 data center sites within the next year. The company is currently integrating its Dispatch Intelligence software into Nvidia's DSX AI Factory design for gigascale sites.
