V360 Raises $7 Million in Series A

V360, a Rio de Janeiro, Brazil-based fintech startup that provides a SaaS solution for Brazilian companies, has raised $7 million in Series A funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Cloud9 Capital, with participation from Honey Island by 4UM, Carpa, and Allievo. 

Cloud9 Capital is a venture capital firm that supports Brazilian tech companies with a proven product-market fit and a scalable business model in their growth stage. The firm invests in SaaS companies and other technology-related businesses. 

V360 Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to expand its management of electronic trade receivables. 

About V360 

V360 provides a SaaS solution for supplier payment processing, trade receivables anticipation, and electronic receivables management. The platform leverages automation and AI techniques to optimize the invoice receipt and factoring processes. It automates invoice entry and management, along with the processing of supplier payment documents, both fiscal and non-fiscal invoices. The system captures invoices from various sources—such as SEFAZ, municipal authorities, and the National NFSe Portal. V360 serves key clients, including Raízen, Vale, and Caixa Econômica Federal.
