The Brandtech Group, a New York-based digital-only marketing group, and a generative AI marketing company, has secured a $115 million Series C funding, with a valuation of $4 billion.
Investors
The investment came from new investors – Fimalac and NendoLabs and existing investors Mousse Partners and Bansk Group.
FIMALAC is a French holding company focusing on credit rating and risk management companies. It manages commercial real estate through North Colonnade Ltd, and private equity funds through its subsidiary Fimalac Développement.
Nendo Labs is a venture firm that focuses on investing and creating innovative companies with sustainability at the core of their mission.
Mousse Partners is the investment division of Mousse Investments Limited that manages a proprietary global portfolio of investments.
Bansk Group is a private equity firm focused on consumer buyouts and growth investing.
The Brandtech Group Use of Funds
The company will use the investment to disrupt the traditional advertising industry with AI to create marketing campaigns.
In addition to the investment, The Brandtech Group has appointed Matthieu Bucaille, ex-CEO of Lazard International as its Global Chief Financial Officer.
