Supermaven Raises $12 Million in Funding

Supermaven, a New York-based AI coding platform, has raised $12 million in funding round. 

Investors 

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with contributions from high-profile angel investors such as OpenAI co-founder John Schulman and Perplexity co-founder Denis Yarats. 

Bessemer Venture Partners supports entrepreneurs in building lasting companies, from early stages through growth. With over 145 IPOs and 300 portfolio companies, Bessemer manages more than $18 billion in assets. Their global team operates from major cities, including Tel Aviv, Silicon Valley, and London. 

Supermaven Use of Funds 

The fresh funding will be used to expand the team and further develop Supermaven’s text editor, which is currently in beta.
