PropTech Farm Fund III is a USD 30 million early-stage venture capital fund focused on driving innovation in the real estate technology (PropTech) sector. Launched in May 2025 and headquartered in Singapore, the fund invests invest in emerging real estate technology start-ups in SE Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Spacely AI Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to support the launch of Spacely AI’s next-gen 2D-to-3D automation engine, entry into the U.S. market, and global sales and co-marketing initiatives.
