SOMAREALITY Raises €3M Series A

SOMAREALITY, a Vienna-based deep tech startup that develops eye-tracking cognitive insight software, has raised over €3 million in an oversubscribed Series A funding round. This latest injection of capital brings the company's total funding to approximately €5.6 million.

The round was led by Catalyst Romania, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage and growth capital for technology companies in Eastern Europe. Participating investors included existing backers MT-Lab, RDY Ventures, Moondust Ventures, and Gateway Ventures.

SOMAREALITY Use of Funds

The company intends to utilize the new capital to pursue three strategic priorities: expanding its existing business-to-business market segments, supporting newly launched longitudinal studies to measure and predict human cognitive health and performance, and executing a brand extension into the business-to-consumer market.
