Socure, an Incline Village, Nevada-based identity verification and fraud prevention software company, has raised $156 million in a strategic growth investment. This funding round values the company at $5.2 billion and brings its total disclosed funding since its 2012 inception to over $742 million.

The round was led by Summit Partners. Additional participants included Goldman Sachs Alternatives, Wells Fargo, and Docusign.
Socure Use of Funds
Socure plans to use the new capital to support its ongoing growth and to integrate the technology of Fravity, an agentic AI startup it is simultaneously acquiring, into its RiskOS platform. The integration will introduce RiskOS_Agents to automate labor-intensive fraud, risk, and compliance investigations.
