SHU.ai Raises $1M Seed

SHU.ai, an Austin-based software company providing a private AI hosting platform for enterprise data, has raised $1 million in a Seed funding round. The company was incorporated in December 2025 as the first spinout of Maxwell Biosciences.

Investors

The round was led by Keiretsu Forum, a global angel investor network, with participation from various private angel investors.

SHU.ai Use of Funds

SHU.ai plans to use the new capital to accelerate its product roadmap, deepen the capabilities of its Ingestion-Time Intelligence technology, and develop secure, scalable infrastructure to support the platform.
