Salesfire, a Middlesbrough, UK-based company that provides eCommerce solutions, has raised £2.75 million in funding.

The investment was from NPIF II – Mercia Equity Finance, part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund II, brings Salesfire’s total funding to over £5 million.
The Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund, supported by the European Regional Development Fund, provides commercially focused finance through Microfinance, Debt, and Equity Finance funds. Established in November 2014, its mission is to improve finance markets for smaller businesses, enabling them to prosper, grow, and support UK economic activity.
