Saidot Raises €1.75 Million in Seed Round

Saidot, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) governance platform for enterprises and governments to use AI safely, raised €1.75M in Seed funding.  

SaaS Investors  

The round was led by Crowberry Capital and Ventic, with participation from Business Finland.  

Founded in 2017, Crowberry Capital is a venture capital firm based in Reykjavik, Iceland. The firm has an additional office in Denmark. The firm prefers to invest in Nordic-based companies operating in the technology sector.  

Saidot Use of Funds  

The company intends to use the funds to grow the sales of its AI governance platform in Europe and launch new tools to help enterprise and government customers evaluate and implement safety systems for their generative AI systems.
