Rezolv, a Mumbai-based software company that utilizes AI to automate debt collection and the lending lifecycle for financial institutions, has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round. This latest investment brings the company total funding to date to $16 million.
Investors
The round was led by Norwest, a U.S. venture and growth-equity firm. Additional participating investors include Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India and existing investor 3one4 Capital.
Rezolv Use of Funds
Rezolv intends to use the raised capital to strengthen its AI tools across the entire lending process, including sales, risk, underwriting, and collections. Furthermore, the company plans to utilize the funds to support its expansion into global markets outside of India.
