Revyse, a Bend, OR-based provider of vendor management software for the multifamily industry, has raised $1 million in seed funding.
Investors
The investment came from RET Ventures, a real estate technology venture capital firm that focuses on innovative solutions through its core venture funds and a Housing Impact Fund. Partnering with over 50 strategic investors, RET's portfolio encompasses more than $600 billion in real estate assets, primarily in multifamily and single-family rentals. This group includes major REITs and private real estate owners who collectively manage around 3 million rental units.
Revyse Use of Funds
The company plans to use the funding to enhance its product roadmap, including improvements to its Spend Insights feature and the rollout of vendor credentialing to mitigate onboarding risks.
