Read AI Raises $50 Million in Series B

Read AI, a Seattle, WA-based AI productivity startup, has raised $50 million in Series B funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Smash Capital, a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm founded in 2018 that invests in emerging growth and later-stage consumer internet and software companies. 

Read AI Use of Funds 

The funding will accelerate Read AI's product development, including the launch of a free Chrome extension for email and meeting integration.

By Q1 2025, Read AI plans to double its team to 100 employees, leveraging this growth to further develop its AI capabilities across digital workspaces.
