RapidSOS, a New York-based intelligent safety platform, announced that it closed a $75 million financing round to expand the intelligent safety platform, bringing the total capital raised to over $250 million.
The round was led by NightDragon, with participation from BAM Elevate, Insight Partners, Honeywell, M12 Microsoft's Venture Fund, Axon, Citi via the Citi Impact Fund, Highland Capital Partners, Playground Global, Forte Ventures, C5 Capital, and Avanta Ventures.
Dave DeWalt, founder, CEO, and managing director of NightDragon will join RapidSOS' board.
