
Opendatasoft, a Paris, France-based leader in data democratization platforms, completed a $25 million funding round.
The round was led by Demeter (through its Paris Fonds Vert fund) with participation from existing investors, including the Banque des Territoires, and two other new backers, ODYSSÉE Ventures and Eiffel Investment Group.
The company intends to use the funds to scale its operations, accelerate international, and vertical market expansion, strengthen its presence in North America by expanding its existing Boston office, as well as boost activities in Australia and across Europe, including entering new vertical markets, such as retail, services, and healthcare.
