NEUCHIPS, a San Jose, CA-based AI ASIC platform for deep learning recommendations, announced that it raised $20 million in Series B2 funding.
The round includes strategic investors Wistron, JAFCO Asia, Powerchip Group, and new investor Raydium Semiconductor Corporation.
The funding will enable them to accelerate the delivery of their 7nm RecAccel™ inference platform to cloud service providers.
