Mogu IoT, a Guangzhou-based industrial AI company, has successfully completed its C1 and C2 series of financing under its Round C, raising nearly 200 million yuan. The company specializes in energy efficiency solutions, utilizing AI to monitor and optimize energy usage for industrial equipment across various sectors.

The funding round saw participation from multiple existing shareholders, led by Yunhui Capital, which continues to increase its holdings in the company. Yuanhe Origin also participated in the round.

Mogu IoT Use of Funds

The capital from this round will be used to further develop the Lingzhi AI multi-source vertical model and expand the application of its physical AI agents, which are designed to enhance energy efficiency and enable unattended operations for industrial facilities.
