MNT-Halan Raises $1.4B Valuation Growth Capital

MNT-Halan, based in Egypt, is a fintech ecosystem offering a comprehensive suite of digital financial services, including business and consumer lending, payments, e-wallets, savings, investments, and e-commerce solutions. The company has reached a $1.4 billion valuation following the first closing of a new investment round.

Investors

This round was led by Al Ahly Capital, the investment arm of the National Bank of Egypt.

MNT-Halan Use of Funds

The company plans to allocate the majority of the proceeds toward expanding its operations in Egypt while accelerating its regional growth strategy across the Middle East and surrounding markets.
