Linc’well, a Minato-ku, Tokyo-based develops a SaaS-based platform that provides management tools and other digitization services, raised $69.7 million (8 billion yen) in Series C round.
The round was led by Bain Capital Private Equity, with participation from Pavilion Capital and existing investor DCM Ventures, Incubate Fund, and Nissei Capital also participated in the round.
The company will use the proceeds to further build its health-tech platform as well expand its team, particularly in a post Covid19 environment where the government aims to accelerate digitization services for the healthcare industry.
