KiotViet, a Vietnam-based store management software developed by local startup Citigo, has secured $6 million in series A financing.
The investment came from Singapore-based venture capital firm Jungle Ventures and Jakarta-headquartered airline and hotel booking services provider Traveloka.
KiotViet will use the fresh funding to expand its point-of-sales business throughout Vietnam with a focus on remote areas, build up its leadership team, as well as to better serve the country’s micro-businesses and SMEs (small and medium enterprises).
