Kapital Raises $125M Series C Extension

Kapital, a Mexico City-based financial services company, has raised $125 million in a Series C extension round. The company specializes in financial solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises and plans to use the new capital to further develop its artificial intelligence platform while pursuing expansion efforts both in Mexico and internationally.

Investors

The funding round was led by Tru Arrow Partners. Additional equity investors included Cervin Ventures Management, Niya Partners KP, and Overlook Capital. Fasanara Capital provided debt financing to support the company's lending operations.
