Jet HR, a Milan, Italy-based startup focused on simplifying HR and payroll processes, has raised €12 million in seed funding, bringing its total funding to €16.7 million.

The round was led by venture capital firm Picus Capital, with existing investors Exor Ventures, Italian Founders Fund, and 2100 Ventures increasing their stakes. Notable new investors include Diego Piacentini, former government Commissioner for Italy’s Digital Agenda; David Clarke, ex-CTO of Workday; and Tony Jamous, founder of Oyster HR.
Picus Capital is a venture capital firm based in Munich, Germany. Founded in 2015, the firm prefers to make pre-seed, seed, and Series A investments in the real estate, finance and insurance, human resources, renewable energy, mobility, and healthcare sectors.
Jet HR Use of Funds
The new funding will support the expansion of Jet HR's 70-member team, primarily focusing on research and development to enhance its offerings, including contractor management features.
