InvestNext, a Detroit, MI-based real estate investment management platform, has raised $15 million in Series B funding.

The round was led by Beringea, with continued support from Whitecap Venture Partners, a long-time investor in PropTech.
Beringea, a venture capital firm with offices in Detroit and London, empowers entrepreneurs across the U.S., U.K., and Europe to build successful businesses. The firm provides patient capital and global support, helping founders scale and expand internationally, primarily at the Series A and B stages.
As part of the investment, Beringea Principal Ben Bernstein will join InvestNext’s board.

The company will use the funds to enhance its platform capabilities, expand compliance tools, and streamline capital raising. The investment will also support team growth and operational scaling.
