Imagoworks Raises $15.6 Million in Series C

Imagoworks, a Seoul, South Korea-based AI digital dentistry solution provider, has raised 23 billion won ($15.6M) in Series C funding, bringing its total funding to 38 billion won. 

Investors 

The round was led by Stick Ventures and K2 Investments, with new participation from TS Investments, IBK Industrial Bank, and Taiwan-based dental private equity firm TCG. Existing backers LB Investment and Company K Partners also followed up on their previous investments. 

Stick Ventures is a venture capital firm based in South Korea that invests in seed-stage, early-stage, and later-stage companies. 

K2 Investments specializes in growth-stage venture capital investments in Korea, offering diversified and niche portfolios while fostering long-term relationships with investors and portfolio companies. 

Imagoworks Use of Funds 

The company plans to use the funding to expand globally and achieve sustainable growth through aggressive marketing and sales efforts.
