Hunt Club, a Chicago, Illinois-based recruiting startup for hiring senior talent with the help of AI, raised $40 million in a Series B round co-led by WestCap and Sator Grove.
The funds will fuel the company’s national expansion, and technology platform enhancements, and broaden its community of over 20,000 businesses and leaders who help connect the most innovative companies to the world’s top candidates.

The company scans its in-house database of over 7 million job seekers for matches when a company launches a candidate search on the platform. It then identifies contacts in the company’s network who know the best-fit candidates.
Hunt Club also announced that Brian Reinken, Partner at WestCap, has joined the company’s board.
