Hiway Raises ¥300M in Series A Funding

Hiway, a Tokyo, Japan-based provider of an autonomous CRM/PRM platform, has raised approximately ¥300 million in a Series A funding round. 

Investors 

The round was led by DNX Ventures, which also participated as an existing investor. 

Hiway Use of Funds 

The funding will be used to develop AI agents for automating inquiry handling and quotation creation, strengthen integrations with external systems, enhance implementation support, and expand the company's engineering and business teams.
