HeyTeam, a Paris-based People Ops platform that streamlines the employee journey, raised €5 million in funding. The funding is completed by €5 million in debt.
The round was led by 360 Capital Partners, with participation from All Iron Ventures, as well as business angels such as Axel and Hugo Manoukian (MoovOne), Jonathan Azoulay (Talent.io), Olivier Severyns (Snaphisft), and Sabina Tommasi (Intel Corporation).
HeyTeam is now embarking on plans to launch into the Spanish and Italian markets and consolidate itself as a European leader in the optimization of employee experiences.
This new financial stage will result in the reinforcement of its agile, scalable, and agnostic technology. To this end, the company will double its workforce in the coming months.
