The company, which specializes in automating risk signal collection and security assessment, aims to modernize how enterprises manage compliance and third-party risk.

The funding round was co-led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline. Additional participation came from FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital, and Entrepreneur First.
HelmGuard Use of Funds
The newly secured capital will support the company's expansion into the US market, including establishing a presence in New York and San Francisco.
