GreenStitch, an India-based provider of SaaS platform designed for the fashion and textiles industry, has raised $1.2 million in seed funding.

The round was led by Equirus InnovateX Fund, with participation from Ivycap Ventures, Warmup Ventures, and Zeca Ventures. Anshuman Bapna (founder of Terra.do), Sumit Jain (CTO of Zalora), Pankaj Vermani (founder of Clovia), Amit Kumar (founder of NoBroker), and Senthil Sankar (founder of Ecoline) also participated in the round.
Equirus InnovateX Fund is a 2024 vintage early-stage venture capital fund managed by Equirus Capital. The fund is located in Mumbai, India, and targets investments in information technology, business products and services, fintech, deep tech, and SaaS sectors.
GreenStitch Use of Funds
With the funding, GreenStitch plans to expand its presence in Bangladesh, Vietnam, and the EU, build a comprehensive emissions database, and strengthen its leadership team.
