FixForm Raises €1.5 Million in Funding

FixForm, a Ghent, Belgium-based collaborative platform for building management and maintenance, has raised €1.5 million in funding. 

Investors 

The investment came from a mix of investors, including Pitchdrive, Imec.istart, Delaware Ventures, and StarApps. The round also saw participation from angel investors such as Lorenz Bogaert, Boris Bogaert, Wim Derkinderen, Koen Christiaens, Stefan Willems, and Dieter Willems, along with new investors Ben Schrauwen (Oqton), Geoffroy De Cooman (Proxyclick), and Kristof Dockers (Vybros Capital Partners). Additionally, financial institution Belfius Regio Aalst contributed to the round. 

FixForm Use of Funds 

The company plans to use the funds to expand internationally, with active go-to-market campaigns planned for the Netherlands, the UK, and the Nordics, and enhance its AI-powered platform. 

About FixForm 

Founded in 2021 by Thomas Vanhumbeeck and Jan Abeel, FixForm provides a collaborative platform designed for building management and maintenance. It allows building occupants—residents, employees, or visitors—to report maintenance issues directly to facility managers using QR codes or a web interface. FixForm has already resolved over 100,000 building problems across five countries including the UK, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. Their clients include nursing home groups Armonea and Careion, investment firm Buysse & Partners, real estate company Quares, AZ Maria Middelares hospital, sports stadiums like KAA Gent and Club Brugge, and several cities and municipalities.
