Firmus, a Miami, Florida-based pre-construction AI design review and risk analysis, has raised new round of funding.

Navitas Capital led the funding round, joined by Heartland Ventures, PiLabs, and Unorthodox Ventures.
Firmus Use of Funds
The company will use the funding to fuel its rapid growth in AI-driven bid-ability and constructability review, alongside expanded capabilities, system integrations, and market penetration efforts.
The investment will enable Firmus to continue to enlarge its coverage of reviews and to expand its reach to general contractors, developers, and AEC communities.
