Festina Finance Raises €25M Growth Capital at €200M Valuation

Copenhagen-based Festina Finance, a provider of cloud-native modular technology platforms for the pension and life insurance sectors, has secured over €25 million in growth capital. The funding round brings the company to a valuation of approximately €200 million.

The funding round was led by Birchway Capital, a UK-based growth equity investor specializing in B2B technology, FinTech, and AI.

Festina Finance plans to use the capital to support the next phase of its growth, which includes the continued development of its core life and pension platform. Additionally, the company intends to expand its team and pursue international growth, with a specific strategic focus on the UK market.
