FaceUp, a Prague, Czech Republic-based all-in-one anonymous reporting platform, has raised $3 million in late seed funding.

The round was led by Reflex Capital, with participation from Tilia Impact Ventures (backed by the European Investment Fund) and Lighthouse Ventures.
Founded in 2012, Reflex Capital is a venture capital firm headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. The firm invests in seed to early-stage companies in the software and information technology sectors.
FaceUp Use of Funds
The funds will support FaceUp’s international expansion across the U.S., Latin America, and the Middle East and the development of new features, including an AI assistant, survey solution extension, anonymous Q&A for meetings, and a team temperature check tool.
