EliseAI, a New York-based conversational AI platform for the real estate sector, announced that it raised $35 million in Series C funding.
The round was led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from Koch Real Estate Investments, as well as existing investors Golden Seeds, Navitas Capital, JLL Spark, and DivcoWest.
The funding will be used for continued product development. The company also plans to expand into new verticals, such as healthcare.
The company's suite of products automates conversations between prospective and current renters and apartment buildings across various communication channels, including SMS, email, phone, and webchat.
Additionally, EliseAI integrates with essential software systems to automate workflows. Currently, the company serves 1.5 million units across 200 customers, including prominent owners and operators such as Asset Living, Bozzuto, and Venterra.
