The round was led by 42Cap, with participation from Axeleo Capital, Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company, Exxeta Ventures, and JVH Ventures, as well as angel investors Kingston Duffie, Martin Hell, and Peter Zaitsev.
With the funding, the company plans to enhance its product offerings, expand its team through new hires, and accelerate its growth.
DBtune’s approach simplifies the tuning process for database instances using artificial intelligence.
The startup's AI-based cloud and on-prem service enable users to effortlessly tune their database systems, allowing database administrators to focus on strategic initiatives and maximize efficiency and productivity.
According to DBtune, its customers can reduce their computing resource requirements, leading to more efficiency in their Financial DevOps (FinOps) operations. Additionally, users can save on cloud credits and reduce their CO2 impact, aligning with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals.
