Cartesia Raises $64 Million in Series A

Cartesia, a San Francisco, CA-based voice AI startup, has raised $64 million in Series A funding, bringing its total funding to $91 million. 

Investors 

The round was led by Kleiner Perkins, with participation from Index Ventures, Lightspeed, A*, Factory, Greycroft, Dell Technologies Capital, and Samsung Ventures. 

Kleiner Perkins is a venture capital firm founded in 1972 and based in Menlo Park, California. The firm invests in early-stage, incubation, and growth companies across technology, life sciences, and green tech. 

Cartesia Use of Funds 

The funding will be used to continue developing Cartesia’s AI models, reduce computational costs, and scale their solutions for broader use in applications like customer support and digital avatars.
