Buynomics Raises $30 Million in Series B

Buynomics, a Cologne, Germany-based AI-powered pricing and revenue optimization company, has raised $30 million in Series B funding. 

Investors 

The round was led by Forestay Capital, with participation from Anais Ventures, VI Partners, and existing investors Insight Partners, Seedcamp, DvH Ventures, and Tomahawk Ventures. 

Founded in 2018, Forestay is an early-growth stage tech fund and part of B-FLEXION, a private, entrepreneurial investment firm chaired by Ernesto Bertarelli. Forestay invests in visionary teams reaching growth inflection points and partners with them to create future category leaders. The fund supports start-ups with investments between $10M and $20M in Europe, Israel, and, opportunistically, the US East Coast. 

Buynomics Use of Funds 

The company will use the funds to accelerate global growth, enhance its AI capabilities, broaden its industry reach, and improve platform integrations, with a focus on expanding into North America and other key regions.
