BuildOps Raises $127M in Series C at $1B Valuation

BuildOps, a Los Angeles, CA-based management software platform provider for commercial services contractors, has raised $127 million in Series C funding at a $1 billion valuation.

Investors 

The round was led by Meritech Capital, with participation from Bond Capital, Schneider Electric’s SE Ventures, and existing investors, including Fika Ventures, Next47, StepStone Group, and Titanium Ventures. 

Meritech Capital Partners is a venture capital firm specializing in late-stage and growth-stage investments in technology companies. The firm has raised approximately $2.6 billion across four funds and specializes in finance, venture capital, and late-stage investment management. It was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Palo Alto, California. 

BuildOps Use of Funds 

The company plans to use the new capital to expand its headcount, enhance product and technology development—particularly its API architecture—and pursue strategic acquisitions.
