BOOKR Raises €6.1M Series A
Budapest-based edtech company BOOKR has raised €6.1 million in a Series A funding round to support its international expansion and product development. The platform currently serves over 600,000 students across more than 30 countries with its interactive literacy and language learning tools.
Investors
The funding round was led by TCEE Fund IV, advised by 3TS Capital Partners. Additional investors include Leib Lurie, Robert Iskander, Infinit Capital Oy, and Albert Sarospataki via his angel syndicate FusionWise.
BOOKR Use of Funds
BOOKR plans to use the capital to accelerate its expansion into markets across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. The funds will also support the launch of new products including BOOKR Next for learners aged 10 to 18 and the BOOKR Phonics program. Additionally, the company intends to enhance its Teacher Dashboard and Speaking Studio tools and invest in further pedagogical research.
