
Blackwall (fka Botguard), a London, UK-based AI-enabled security and web infrastructure company, has raised €45 million in a Series B funding round.

The round was led by Dawn Capital, with participation from existing investor MMC Ventures.
Dawn is a European specialist B2B software investor, managing over $2 billion in assets. It focuses on early-stage investments, supporting companies from Series A and B, and continuing to fund high performers through growth rounds to exit. Dawn is investing through its $620m Dawn Capital V fund and the $80m Dawn Opportunities Fund, which targets top-performing companies for further investment.

With this funding, Blackwall will double its headcount, accelerate growth, and expand its presence in the U.S. and APAC regions.
