Beyless, an embedded system software company based in Daegu, South Korea, has raised 5.5 billion KRW in a Series B funding round. The company specializes in automotive electronic control software, drone and robot control systems, and autonomous driving platforms. This new capital follows their 11.7 billion KRW Series A round raised in 2025 and brings the company closer to its goal of a KOSDAQ listing by 2027.
Investors
The round was backed by prominent institutional investors, including The Hahm Partners, IBK Capital, BNK Venture Investment, SpaceTime Investment, and Blue Corner Capital.
Beyless Use of Funds
Beyless intends to use the investment to advance its core new business areas, including electronic control unit software, defense industry projects, and LiDAR-based solutions. A portion of the funds will also be used to prepare for the company's planned IPO, for which it has selected NH Investment & Securities as the underwriter.
