Beehive AI, a San Mateo, CA-based specialized AI platform for analyzing unstructured customer data, recently emerged from stealth and announced an oversubscribed $5.1 million seed round to support rapid growth.
The round was led by Valley Capital Partners, with participation from prominent later-stage strategic partners representing some of the largest brands and firms utilizing Beehive AI's platform.
The company has been in stealth development since 2016, training its AI models on proprietary unstructured data provided by major enterprise firms worldwide. With this data, Beehive AI has developed a platform that allows enterprises to analyze, segment, and take action on insights unlocked by their unstructured data.
Beehive AI's platform allows customers to upload their existing data collected from various platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, and Survey Monkey, or create AI-designed questionnaires specifically crafted to elicit rich and nuanced feedback from customers.
