AUDAVIS, a Munich, Germany-based AI-driven auditing solutions provider, has raised over €1.1 million in seed funding.

The round was led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) and included business angel Martin Ostermayer along with members of the BayStartUP network.
HTGF is an early-stage investor based in Germany and Europe, focusing on deep tech, industrial tech, climate tech, and life sciences. With over €2 billion under management, HTGF supports startups from pre-seed to later-stage funding. Since 2005, it has backed more than 750 startups and successfully exited over 180.
AUDAVIS Use of Funds
The company will use the funds to further develop its AI-based Artificial Auditor, a co-pilot for auditing.
